Get a Zoom Account through the NC Conference

By signing up for a Zoom account through the North Carolina Conference, pastors and churches will receive a Zoom Business account, beginning now and ending on May 3, 2023.

The cost is $100.00 per license per year (or a prorated amount if less than 12 months). You can register for one license per pastor and up to five church licenses.

Please complete the form below to purchase a new license, renew your current license(s) in our account, or cancel your license. Licenses that are not renewed by May 23, 2022, will be removed from our account.

We ask that clergy fill out this form using their nccumc.org email address, whether they are signing up for themselves or their church.

Large Meeting
Your Zoom account allows up to 300 interactive participants. Increase your number of interactive meeting participants up to 500 or 1000.

Audio Plan
The NC Conference has toll-free and call-out features enabled on our Zoom account. We have $100 in our account as a collective amount. Once we go over that amount, overage charges will occur based on which features are used (toll-free or call-out). Billing for overage charges collected on your license will occur monthly. The overage fees are listed below.

US Toll-Free Rate: $0.0477 per minute, per participant
US Call-Out Rate: $0.0430 per minute, per participant
