Early Sunday morning, Sept. 27, the Azerbaijani military launched a missile and serial cross-border attack on Artsakh. The attacks were launched along the entire length of the line of contact. The civilian settlements are being shelled in a plethora of cities and villages, including in the capital of Stepanakert. Peaceful people are under bombardment, including children and elders. The entire responsibility of the situation lies with Azerbaijan’s military-political leadership.
URGENT: One of the drones flew over Berdzor and was hit over the mountains overlooking the AGAPE Center and the Children’s Home.
