Who Can Borrow Resources?
Anyone involved with a United Methodist church in the North Carolina Conference. There is no membership fee.
What Resources Can We Borrow?
Browse our Online Catalog or ask the librarian for recommendations.
We have DVD studies, curriculum, books, leader training, and ministry resources for disciples of all ages and stages.
Usually, we loan the items that the leader would need to use to teach the content, such as the DVD, leader guide, and one copy of the student book. Churches or participants would then be responsible for purchasing additional participant books from a retailer.

How Do We Get These Resources?
We pay to mail items to you. You pay to mail them back. All resources are mailed through the US Postal Service using the Library Mail rate. Most packages arrive within 1-3 days of being mailed.
You may pick-up and return resources to the Media Center at the United Methodist Building in Garner 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Please call ahead to make an appointment.
How Long Can We Keep These Resources?
Resources are checked-out to you for 30 days OR for the length of the study. You may request an extended due date or renew your items as long as no one else has requested them.
There are no late fees or penalties for keeping resources past their due dates. However, providing the Media Center with an accurate date of when you will be finished with a resource allows us to better serve others who may be interested in borrowing that resource.
See our Borrowing Policies page for more detailed information about borrowing resources from the NC Conference Media Center. Contact us with any questions or to get started!
